Jeremy McGrath

Jeremy McGrath is currently in his 5th year of study in the Architectural Engineering Program at The Pennsylvania State University.  In May 2009 he will graduate with a Bachelor of Architectural Engineering degree with a focus in construction management.   Jeremy is currently a member of the Penn State Student Chapter of the National Association of Home Builders in which he is the AE representative.
Internships have played a key role in Jeremy’s academic experience as he was employed by Whiting-Turner Contracting Company for a summer and PJ Dick Inc. for the past two summers as an engineering intern.  During his time participating in these general contracting internships Jeremy gained valuable experience and knowledge in many aspects of the construction industry.  Jeremy passed the FE Exam in the Fall of 2007 and will achieve EIT status upon graduation in May.  After graduation he would like to work as a project engineer for a general contractor or construction management firm.

When not involved in his academics Jeremy enjoys working and relaxing in the outdoors.  In his spare time he can be found hunting and trapping or working around the house with his family.
