Technical Report 1

This report consists of an overview of the building structural systems including general descriptions, codes used, and preliminary analysis of these systems under several loading scenarios. Analysis includes loading due to snow, wind, and seismic as well as spot checks for gravity loads.

Technical Report 2

This report serves as an investigation into alternative floor systems and their feasability based on their impact to the building design. The floor systems compared were Composite, Non-composite, Precast Hollowcore planks, and Two-way slab with drop panels.

Technical Report 3

This report focuses on studying the buildings reaction to lateral loading. An ETABS model was designed and tested under wind and seismic loading cases. The results of this test were compared to maximum allowable story drifts and lateral displacements.
