Technical Report I

Technical Report 1 provides an overiew of the construction of the Ewing-Cross renovation. Included in the report is analysis of the client information, project schedule, building systems, project costs, existing conditions, project delivery system, and staffing plan. Technical Report II

Technical Report 2 analyzes the key features of the project that affect project execution. Included in the report are analyses of the detailed project schedule, a detailed structural system estimate, assemblies estimates for the mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems, construction site layout plans, a general conditions estimate, constructability challenges, and BIM use evaluation.

Technical Report III

Technical Report 3 focuses on identifying areas of the Ewing - Cross renovation that serve as potential candidates for future research. Included in the report are analyses looking at schedule acceleration, value engineering, critical industry issues, feedback from the PACE roundtable, and problem identification and technical analysis options.
