Tech Reports

Technical Report #1: Emphasis on the conditions under which this building is constructed. The information included in this report include, Project Schedule Summary, Building Systems Summary, Project Cost Evaluation, Existing & Local Conditions, Project Delivery System and much more.

Technical Report #2: Analyzes the key features of the Mansoura Project that affect the project execution. Project Schedule, Detailed Structural & MEP Assemblies Estimates, Site Layout, General Conditions Estimate and LEED Evaluation are items that will be further analyzed in this report.

Technical Report #3: Identifies areas of the project that are good candidates for research, alternative methods, value engineering and schedule compression scenarios. This will help form the basis for the final thesis propsal. Presentation and Summary of options are all included in this section.
