Communications and Marketing

Our Department

Communications and Marketing supports the mission, vision, and strategic priorities of the Penn State College of Engineering by working to increase reputational awareness and enhance connections between the college and its various audiences and stakeholders.

Through collaboration with college leadership; engineering faculty, staff, students, alumni, and industry partners; and Penn State’s Office of Strategic Communications, the department works to effectively position the educational opportunities, academic and professional experiences, and research of our engineering community. These partnerships showcase how Penn State engineers inspire change and impact our future, highlighting #WhyWeAre.

The department is comprised of three collaborative and integrated teams—Planning and Operations, Editorial, and Creative, with services that include:
